Alice Morris, Manager Bayers Road Bowlarama I would like to thank you and your staff for accomodating us this weekend in helping us host our Knights of Columbus State Bowling Tournament on such short notice. Everyone was very curtious and accomadating to our requests. We were very well taken care of. I had in the back of my mind that the lanes at Woodside were booked because when we were there last year I was introduced to Margie and was told that if I booked that day, which was April 19, 2009, that we would get the same rate as Gordon Rowe got. So I said to book the lanes right then and there and with the help of George Lewis we gave the participating teams the letter to register and told everyone that next year the tournament would be held at Woodside Bowlarama and we would not have done this if we had not had the lanes confirmed. I don't know what went wrong, for me not calling to reaffirm the booking that we had made in 2009 or for Woodside not to check with somebody local or me just to make sure that we were coming. On the other hand we would like to thank Margie for helping us to secure your lanes for our tournament. We had a wonderful weekend of bowling and cannot say enough about your staff. If the opportunity come up again that it was in Halifax your facilities would definitely be approached. Again Thank You and your Staff."

Cameron's 6th Birthday Party at Woodside Bowlarama
"On Sunday Feb.15 we had our son Cameron's 6th birthday party at your facility. When I went to settle the bill, I realized I had lost my bank card. We got everything squared away fine but in my confusion I realized later that I had forgotten to leave a "Thank-you gift for the staff" What a gift that was.
 
This was our second to come here for his birthday party and that was his choice as much as ours.
 
You guys do a fantastic job! and your facility is very kid friendly and clean. Extra thanks to the young lady who waited on the kids and set it all up. You're mom trained you well. I believe she works here as well. Please accept our Thanks for all you did. It was awesome! To the staff on Sunday Feb. 15 afternoon.

Can't begin to tell you all the things this ought to say. But there's a world of meaning in the thanks it brings your way!"

RPM Xmas Party at Bayers Road Bowlarama
"My name is Sandra and I was the one who coordinated RPM's staff Christmas party at Bowlarama this past Friday, Dec. 19, 2008. I wanted to write to let you know that all of our guests had a really wonderful time, most especially due to the excellent service provided by your staff. They were incredibly friendly and bent over backwards to make sure that all our needs were met. The bartender George was such a great support to me in helping to maintain the food tables, completely willing to assist me with whatever I needed. All the staff, including the cleaners, were a huge help in wrapping up at the end of the night, and very special thanks o out to Jim and Nick who were kind enough to assist me home with all my stuff. At every step your staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I knew they had our best interests at heart. You should take great pride in the quality of service these fine folks provided. I would definitely recommend your establishment, and we look forward to coming back for future events. Thank you so very much!"

I am writing to tell you about the wonderful experience we had recently at your Bowlarama. I am new to the area and several friends recommended your place as my son insisted on bowling. I'm so glad they did! I particularly want to praise Bonnie. She was beyond fantastic, ensuring our every need was met (we had 12 kids!). Justin was also very courteous and attentive. We will be back now that I know both my kids love to bowl. What a stress-free party and my son was over the moon! "
