Looking for something to do with the kid's this March Break?  Come to Spryfield Bowlarama and have a blast with our Annual Pizza Bowl, for the kids. 

March 14 - March 19, 2010, from 11:00am - 1:00pm or 4:00pm - 6:00pm for $10 per child, tax and shoes included.

Bring the kids in for some fun during March Break; there will be music, prizes, munchies, games, cosmic bowling and much more.  All for $7.00 per person, tax included.  The fun starts March 15th and ends on March 19th, from 4:00pm - 6:00pm daily, so don't miss out on all the fun give us a call and book your spot!

Bowl for Kids Sake is Big Brothers/Big Sisters' premiere 'fun'-raising event where people like you get together with friends, family, and co-workers and have a fun time bowling in support of Big Brothers/Big Sisters mentoring programs in your community.

Its that time of year again!  Time to have the youth bowlers join us in this major event!  The Atlantic Coast has always been challenging and fun, with great friends getting together for some good times and good bowling.

The dates of the Atlantic Coast 2010 are Saturday March 20th,  Saturday March 27th and Sunday March 28th.

This year’s event will again be held at South Centre Bowlarama and Woodside Bowlarama.

Each youth bowler may enter any one of, or all of the four events.

The team event consists of 5 bowlers (all from the same center) and same sex.

The double event consists of 2 bowlers ( from the same center) and same sex.

The singles event consists of 1 bowler.

The All Events  event is for any bowler that has bowled all three of the other events, 13 games in all.

There are four age divisions:    Div. 1……. 10 AND UNDER ( as of Sept.1/2009)

                                                Div. 2……. 11-13 years

                                                Div. 3……. 14 & 15

                                                Div. 4……. 16 & up ( not 20 as of Sept.1/2009)

Any bowler can move up to a higher division, but not down.  (ie.  If Susie is 14 years old,  she can bowl singles in Div. 3, bowl doubles with Tracy in Div.4, and bowl teams in Div. 4.  She would still qualify for All Events in her Div. 3 category.)

COST  & TIMES : 

SINGLES  -         $10.00 PER ENTRY @11AM EACH DAY

DOUBLES -         $20.00 PER ENTRY ( 2 YOUTHS)  @ 2:00PM EACH DAY

TEAMS -             $35.00 PER ENTRY ( 5 YOUTHS) @  8AM EACH DAY

ALL EVENTS -    $3.00 PER ENTRY ( YOUTH BOWLING ALL 13 GAMES)

PLEASE TRY AND ARRIVE ½ HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT BEGINS.

Deadline for entries is March 5^th, 2010.  Changes or corrections can be made up to the day of the event.   Enter early to help ensure you get the time you want.

We again will be having a social for the kids .  More info on this at a later date.

Summer League

The Organizers of the long standing Monday Night Summer League wish to expand the league. It will run from May 17 thru August 30 (15 weeks). Start time is 7pm. Cost $15. per person. There are presently nine (9) teams and there is room for seven (7) more teams. Here are the details of the league: The 5-member teams may consist of all male, all female or mixed. Put in your own team or join others on a team. Put in a family team for fun. 90% handicap is used to give all teams the chance at winning. Everyone gets a free 50/50 ticket. The prizes are monetary and everyone gets paid! Holidays won’t interfere, so you can have your vacation & no worry too! Average less 5 is used if you’re out & if a full team is out your average -5 team total is used as a dummy and can still take points if opposition cannot beat it.

Donnie Ferris is the ‘Guy in Charge’ so if you would like to sign up call Donnie at 696-3013 or call the lanes 635-1700 and tell them to put you down for the Monday night summer league.  You are guaranteed to have fun in our air conditioned lanes. Follow your fun weekend with this nice refreshing start to your work week.
